Can I cancel my order?
In accordance with the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order you must let us know in writing within this 7 day period which starts from the day after you receive the order.
Can I return all or some of my purchased goods?
883 Police hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely happy you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
How should I return my purchased goods?
Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached to the garment.
We highly recommend you use a postal or courier service which would insure you for the value of the goods being returned back to us, as we cannot take responsibility of any loss or damage during transit.

Will I receive a full refund after returning my purchased goods?
Providing the goods are sent back in the original condition and upon receipt of the returned item/s we will issue a full refund less the original/standard delivery charge.
Can I exchange my purchased goods for a different colour/size/style?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for any of the returned goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund less the original/standard delivery charge. Should you wish to have a different size/colour/style, please place a new order on our website.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving the goods using the same payment method as was originally used to make the purchase. Please note that although the refund will be processed within 3 to 5days, it can take longer than this for the funds to return to your account; this is due to bank processing times which can vary between banks.
I have received a wrong item, what should I do?
In the event that an item is despatched to you in error through no fault of your own you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of receiving this item. We will then advise how to proceed with the return or organise a replacement item or refund.
I have received faulty goods, what should I do?
We take great care ensuring all our goods are of high quality but in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return discounted goods or goods purchased in the sale?
Yes, the same standard returns policy applies to all goods purchased in the sale or at a discounted price, except where returns have been restricted.
Can I return purchased goods if I have only tried the goods for fit/style purposes?
You may wear the goods for fit and styling purposes only. Please ensure you do not leave any smell, fragrance or marks whilst trying the goods. As we will only accept returns of goods returned back to us in a re-sellable condition.
Can I return purchased underwear and/or swimwear?
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for boxer shorts and swim shorts, unless they are sealed in its original packaging and have not been worn.
When would my return be rejected?
We cannot accept returns where the tags have been removed or where the items have been worn other than for the purpose of fitting. If goods are returned without the original
I have ordered an incorrect size / colour / size, can I amend my order?
We will try to accommodate any amendments required to the order as long as we have not yet despatched your order. If your order is already despatched then you will have to return the incorrect item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
