Customer Service Office Closure Notice

Please note that our Customer Service Office will be closed from 24 December 2025 until 6 January 2026. During this time, emails and enquiries will not be monitored or responded to. All messages will be addressed once the office reopens.

During the closure period:

  • No refunds will be processed
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled
  • All orders placed between 24 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 are final and will be dispatched when the office reopens

To accommodate the holiday period, our returns policy has been extended until the end of January 2026 for all orders placed from 1 December 2025 onwards.
