Returns

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return any items bought or cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that free promotional items received with another purchased item will also be required to be returned.

Returns Process

Simply complete the returns slip that’s provided in the parcel we delivered to you, then apply the Create Royal Mail Label to the front of the parcel and drop off at your nearest Post Office.

If you didn’t receive a returns slip, you can include a written note with your name, order number and reason for return – check the email we sent you when we dispatched your order.

You can also create a new trackable label through Royal Mail’s Online Returns Portal.

Please keep your receipt for proof of postage, as your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please note a returns charge of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund amount for the use of our Royal mail returns label. Your refund will usually be processed within 3 to 5 working days from when you post your return. Please allow up to 10 days before contacting us between November - January as the volume of orders increases and delays can occur.

We can only offer a refund on the basis that items are returned clean, unworn, have all their tags on and are in resell-able condition.
Please note items received back to us in unsatisfactory condition and not eligible for a full refund can be returned back to you but will require an additional shipping charge of £3.99. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment.

If Royal Mail does not accept your parcel due to size or weight restrictions, please contact our Customer Experience team for support.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return this to us for a full refund and the £3 returns fee will not be deducted from the amount refunded.

Refunds

Providing the goods are sent back in the original condition and upon receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue a full refund less the original/standard delivery charge and any return label charges if applicable.

We will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving the goods using the original payment method. Due to banking processing time it can take longer than this for the funds to return to your account; processing times can vary between banks.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for any of the returned goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund less the original/standard delivery charge. Should you wish to have a different size/colour/style, please place a new order on our website.


Returns FAQs

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event that an item is dispatched to you in error through no fault of your own, you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of receiving this item. We will then advise how to proceed with the return or organise a replacement item or refund.


I HAVE RECEIVED FAULTY GOODS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We take great care ensuring all our goods are of high quality but in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item, you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.


CAN I RETURN DISCOUNTED GOODS OR GOODS PURCHASED IN THE SALE?

Yes, the same standard returns policy applies to all goods purchased in the sale or at a discounted price, except where returns have been restricted.


COULD MY RETURN BE REJECTED?

We cannot accept returns where the tags have been removed or where the items have been worn other than for the purpose of fitting. If goods are returned without the original packaging, we may not be able to process the return.


I HAVE ORDERED AN INCORRECT SIZE / COLOUR / STYLE, CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We will try to accommodate any amendments required to the order as long as we have not yet dispatched your order. If your order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the incorrect item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item


HOW TO PROCESS AN INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

Currently we are only able to offer a prepaid returns label to our UK customers.
International customers will need to package up the return item(s) and send to our UK returns address via the courier of your choice.
