Holiday Shipping & Returns Update

Please note that no orders will be shipped between 24th December 2025 and 5th January 2026, as our office will be closed during this period.

Next Day Delivery will not be available from 23 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.

Before placing your order, please ensure that all contact and shipping details are correct, as orders cannot be amended while our office is closed.

During the closure period:

• No refunds will be processed
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled
• All orders placed between 24 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 are final and will be dispatched once the office reopens

Orders placed during this time cannot be cancelled or refunded prior to dispatch. However, once received, you may return your order in line with our returns process.

To accommodate the holiday period, our returns policy has been extended until the end of January 2026 for all orders placed from 1 December 2025 onwards.

STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 WORKING DAYS) - United Kingdom

Standard delivery service costs £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders arrive within 2-3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and our order volume.
Please note order placed during busy periods such as Black Friday promotions or Boxing days sales may take slightly longer to be despatched.

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £70.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY (1-2 WORKING DAYS)  - United Kingdom

£4.99 or free on orders over £100. In some cases orders can be receive the next working day. 

 

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - United Kingdom

Next working day delivery costs £5.99 via DPD Next Day Service. Orders must be placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday, and by 11am on Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time are dispatched on the next working day. 

Non-UK mainland customers are not eligible for next working day delivery.

 

SATURDAY DELIVERY- United Kingdom

Saturday delivery costs £14.99 via Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed Delivery. Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday.

Non-UK mainland customers are not eligible for Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Selected EU Countries & India

We offer international shipping to selected countries in the EU and India. Our standard international shipping is charged at €5.99 and orders arrive within 5-7 days with full tracking.

Orders between €100-150 received FREE delivery.

International shipping is available for orders under €150 only to avoid customs and duties charges that customers may experience that are outside of our control. If you wish to place an order over €150 please contact us.
Note, If you're basket value is over €150 you may notice the price of the items reduce, this is due to the tax not being calculated for you country and included in the total. You will not be able to checkout with basket values over €150, we apologise for the inconvenience.
